Política de Reembolsos

1. Plantillas Web

Los reembolsos de plantillas solo son posibles bajo las siguientes condiciones:

• Si la plantilla descargada no cumple con la descripción proporcionada ni con la vista previa mostrada en el sitio web.

• El cliente debe solicitar el reembolso dentro de los 7 días calendario posteriores a la compra, enviando un correo electrónico a reembolsos@ikarotech.shop con los detalles de la compra y la justificación del motivo de la solicitud.

Una vez transcurridos los 7 días o si el producto ha sido descargado, no se aceptarán solicitudes de reembolso, salvo excepciones específicas y a criterio exclusivo de WeDesign.

2. Diseño Web a Medida

Dado que los proyectos de diseño web a medida se trabajan en colaboración directa con el cliente y de acuerdo con sus requerimientos, no se ofrece reembolso. Sin embargo, si el proyecto se cancela antes de la finalización, se aplicarán los siguientes términos:

• Si el cliente decide cancelar el proyecto antes de comenzar el trabajo, se compensará un 20% del pago inicial por el tiempo invertido en reuniones, negociaciones y ajustes de diseño.

• Si el proyecto ya ha avanzado en el diseño, no se realizará ningún reembolso del pago inicial, ya que el trabajo ya ha sido parcialmente ejecutado.

En caso de que no se llegue a un acuerdo con el cliente durante el proceso de desarrollo, se negociará la devolución del pago tomando en cuenta el trabajo realizado y las razones del desacuerdo.

Condiciones de Pago

1. Servicios de Diseño Web a Medida

• Pago inicial: Para iniciar el trabajo, se solicita un pago inicial del 50% del monto total acordado en el presupuesto.

• Retractación antes del inicio: Si el cliente decide cancelar el proyecto antes de que comience el trabajo, se reembolsará un 80% del pago inicial (se aplicará un cargo por el tiempo invertido en reuniones y ajustes de diseño).

• Cancelación después del inicio: Si el cliente decide cancelar después de que se haya comenzado con el trabajo, no se devolverá el pago inicial, ya que se considera que el servicio ya ha sido parcialmente ejecutado.

2. Plantillas Web

• Los pagos por las plantillas son únicos y no reembolsables una vez realizada la descarga. Si el cliente solicita un reembolso dentro del período permitido (7 días), la plantilla debe cumplir con la descripción y características mostradas en la vista previa en el sitio.

Refund Policy

1. Web Templates

Refunds for templates are only possible under the following conditions:

• If the downloaded template does not meet the description provided or the preview shown on the website.

• The customer must request the refund within 7 calendar days after purchase by sending an email to reembolsos@ikarotech.shop with the purchase details and the reason for the request.

Once the 7 days have passed or if the product has been downloaded, no refund requests will be accepted, except for specific exceptions and at the exclusive discretion of WeDesign.

2. Custom Web Design

Since custom web design projects are worked on in direct collaboration with the client and according to their requirements, no refunds are offered. However, if the project is canceled before completion, the following terms will apply:

• If the client decides to cancel the project before the work begins, 20% of the initial payment will be refunded for the time spent in meetings, negotiations, and design adjustments.

• If the project has already progressed in the design, no refund of the initial payment will be made, as the work has already been partially executed.

In case an agreement is not reached with the client during the development process, the refund will be negotiated based on the work completed and the reasons for the disagreement.

Payment Terms

1. Custom Web Design Services

• Initial Payment: To begin the work, a 50% initial payment of the total agreed amount is required.

• Cancellation before start: If the client decides to cancel the project before the work starts, 80% of the initial payment will be refunded (a charge will be applied for the time spent in meetings and design adjustments).

• Cancellation after start: If the client decides to cancel after the work has started, the initial payment will not be refunded, as the service is considered partially executed.

2. Web Templates

Payments for templates are one-time and non-refundable once the download has been made. If the client requests a refund within the allowed period (7 days), the template must meet the description and features shown in the preview on the website.
